Our quad shielded direct burial/outdoor rated RG6 cable is UV rated for protection from direct sunlight and features four layers of shielding to ensure the fidelity of your signal. Using a cable that is not UV rated would cause the cable to deteriorate over time, and cause the signal to fail eventually. This cable can also be used for direct burial scenarios as well.
