Description
This 5 meter (~16 foot) fiber optic cable is terminated with LC/UPC (Lucent Connector – Ultra Physical Contact) connectors. It is an OS2 single-mode fiber (9-micron core) designed for fast Ethernet, fiber channel, gigabit Ethernet, data center, ATM, and other data applications typically involving longer distances. The cord is a simplex (one fiber) that permits synchronous communication between devices. The cladding diameter is 125 microns. LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) rated fiber cable is ideal for upright shafts running between floors.
