The Lindy Cat.5 USB Extender can be used to extend the distance between a USB device and a host computer by up to 50m. It consists of a local unit, which can be connected to the computer or laptop and a remote unit which connects to USB devices including webcams and storage devices, perfect for long distance access to files or in video conferencing scenarios.

Standard, low cost Cat.5e/6 cable (not included) is used to connect the two units together. For best performance and compatibility, we recommend the use of solid core patched cables.

A power supply can be connected optionally for use with high current USB devices.

The USB 2.0 Audio Adapter is designed to take your standard USB 2.0 port and convert it to a headphone jack, speaker jack or mic jack so you can listen to music, play games, watch movies or video chat.
